Refund policy
At A’kini Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and liners still attached.
- “Final Sale” items are non-returnable.
Return Shipping
- We cover your return shipping if you choose to do an exchange. This will be refunded after we receive your return.
- If returning your entire order, we will provide a prepaid return label, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@akiniswimwear.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
- We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Note: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
